Howdy YAL!
I used to be the blogger called YAL Book Briefs, but I grew bored of the handle and changed my name to Howdy YAL. I also respond to MJ. I like to read, write, eat truffles, and watch bad Lifetime movies.
So I finished
I'll eventually write a review. But yuck. Just yuck. I was hoping for something like Ally Carter meets Meg Cabot instead I got a YA that was more middle grade with a protagonist that was a Mary Sue who acted like she was forty and a love interest who's personality was about as bland as the paper the book was written on. Not the quick happy Xmas read I wanted.
