I used to be the blogger called YAL Book Briefs, but I grew bored of the handle and changed my name to Howdy YAL. I also respond to MJ. I like to read, write, eat truffles, and watch bad Lifetime movies.

Yeah. This is a sigh. I like the idea, but man, the whole control these despots have over everyone is just so stupid. And the MC knows what's going on and hasn't done anything to get away. Maybe in the old world it would be harder, but the present apparently has better technology. So....yeah, I think it would be pretty easy for her to disappear.
